Pravin Kutty is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Snapdeal and AceVector Group since January 2015, Pravin leads comprehensive HR initiatives across multiple business lines, including marketplace operations and B2B SaaS. Prior to this role, Pravin was the Director of Human Resources and Director of Technology for HR Enterprise Apps at Altisource Business Solutions, where responsibilities included HR operations, employee engagement, and establishing Philippines operations. Earlier career roles at Tracmail India forged expertise in performance management, employee relations, and HRIS. Pravin's career began as a Navigational Officer with Univan Ship Management, and academic qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a PGD in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
