Currently serving as Lead of Talent Partnerships at Snap Inc., Varshini previously held the position of Senior Associate in Emerging Talent Partnerships at the same company. At TikTok, Varshini contributed as both a Creative Producer and Growth Strategist. Additionally, Varshini served as Producer and Co-Host for the podcast Kabhi Lit and gained early experience as a Business Development Intern at Hum Nutrition Inc.
