Valentina Culatti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and production management across renowned companies. Currently serving as Director of EMEA Creative Strategy and Global Production at Snap Inc. since June 2023, Valentina focuses on developing innovative, revenue-driving experiences. Prior to this role, Valentina was the Director of Creative Shop for Northern Europe at Meta from August 2018 to May 2023, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing brand growth through the Meta ecosystem. Valentina also held multiple key positions at UNIT9 from April 2010 to July 2018, including Managing Director, where Valentina led an award-winning team and significantly exceeded growth projections. Valentina's earlier roles include significant contributions at Neural.it, Work Club, Struttura Festival, and academia as a lecturer at the University of Florence. Valentina holds a Master of Science in Multimedia Content Design from Università degli Studi di Firenze and a combined BA and MA in Sciences of Communication from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
