Olga Bystrova is a Machine Learning Engineer at Snap Inc. since September 2023, focusing on establishing product-market fit for the MyAI chat-bot across various educational and multimodal applications. Prior to this, Olga served as a Senior Research Engineer and Technical Lead at Sberbank from August 2020 to September 2023, where leadership was provided to a team of eight NLP engineers and involvement in over ten machine learning projects was achieved. Olga's research centered on domain adaptation in large language models, among other areas. Additional experience includes an NLP Engineer role at Visiology and a Teaching Assistant position at the Higher School of Economics, supporting courses in machine learning and deep learning. Olga holds a Master's degree in Computational Linguistics and a Bachelor's degree in Fundamental and Computational Linguistics from the Higher School of Economics.
