Torrence Welshans has extensive experience in technical writing and support, currently serving as a Tech Writer and Technical Support at Snap One since July 2016. In addition to a role at Snap One, Torrence has been a radio host for The Iron Forge - Metal Radio since September 2010, catering to hard rock and heavy metal fans. Previous positions include Tier II Technical Support at Apple, where responsibilities included troubleshooting Apple hardware and software, and roles in programming and production at AM 1350 WZGM and 90.5 WASU, where Torrence contributed to winning accolades for the stations. Early career experiences include sales at Hot Topic and internships in programming at Clear Channel. Torrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media/Broadcasting from Appalachian State University and is an Apple Certified Mac Technician.
