Joe Ribera is an experienced instructional design professional currently serving as the Instructional Design Manager at Snap One since July 2021. Previously, Ribera held the position of Instructional Designer at SnapAV from 2019 to the present, and has been an Instructional Designer and Technical Trainer at Control4 since June 2017. Ribera's earlier career includes a role as a Distance Learning Developer at School Improvement Network from October 2013 to June 2017, focusing on the design and development of training videos and interactives. Before transitioning to instructional design, Ribera spent seven years as a teacher at Cache County School District from 2006 to 2013, having graduated with a degree in history education. Joe Ribera holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Education, both from Utah State University.
