David Crowley has over three decades of experience in program management, analysis, and instruction. Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager and ADL Performance Analyst at SNAP Inc since July 2019, David's previous roles include Instructor at EPL CBRN Consulting and JETA, LLC, and Principal Consultant at Exemplary Performance, LLC. David began a prominent career in the U.S. Coast Guard, achieving the rank of Captain before retiring in July 2011. David holds a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University and a Master of Public Administration from the same institution, along with an education from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
