Sonya Barbi-Sullenbarger, MBA has a strong background in corporate compliance, regulatory exam management, and operations management. Sonya is currently working at Snap Finance as a Senior Director of Corporate Compliance, where they are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to this, they worked at PennyMac Loan Services as an Assistant Vice President, where they managed agency requirements and contributed to complex projects. Sonya also held the role of Compliance Program Manager at PennyMac. Before joining PennyMac, Sonya was a Team Manager at Bank of America. Overall, Sonya brings extensive experience in compliance and operations management to their current role at Snap Finance.

Sonya Barbi-Sullenbarger, MBA received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the same institution. Additionally, Sonya has attained additional certifications in Women in Leadership from the SHRM Women in Leadership Institute and in Project Management from CompTIA. Sonya also holds a California Real Estate License from the CA Dept of Real Estate.
