Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on promoting organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana occupies the role of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous ventures include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and practicing as a Nutritionist in a private consulting capacity from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online.
