Victoria Diederich is a dedicated mental health professional with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Saint Michael's College and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Vermont. Currently serving as a Mental Health Counselor Intern at Middlebury College since 2021, Victoria has also been an Interventionist for the South Burlington School District since 2018, providing specialized support to students with developmental disabilities. Additional roles include Adaptive Ski Instructor at Smugglers' Notch Resort and Camp Counselor for adults with developmental disabilities at Hudson Valley D.D.S.O., showcasing a strong commitment to community service and inclusive education. Victoria has also held leadership roles, including Assistant Team Leader for AmeriCorps NCCC, and has experience in research as a Research Assistant at the University of Vermont.
