Mahesh Bayas is a skilled Process Engineer with experience in the chemical industry and significant expertise in transitioning products from pilot to commercial scale. Currently working at Smruthi Organics Limited since August 2022, Mahesh collaborates closely with the R&D team on technical discussions and equipment mapping. Prior to this role, Mahesh served as a Project Engineer at MOJJ Engineering Systems Ltd in late 2021 and as a Process Engineer at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited from January to July 2021, where responsibilities included the commissioning of a continuous production plant. Additionally, Mahesh worked at Technoforce Solutions from June 2018 to May 2020, focusing on pilot plant research, including the development of process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and standard operating procedures while managing and executing trials. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2018.
