Andrew Morris has extensive experience in IT and network architecture, currently serving as the Head of Delivery and Head of Architecture at Smoothwall since March 2018. In this role, Andrew designs network architecture solutions, produces customer-facing designs, and leads a team of Solution Architects. Previous positions include Solutions Architect and Operations Engineer at Smoothwall, where Andrew implemented web filter and firewall products, provided technical support, and conducted customer training. Earlier experience includes senior IT engineering and consulting roles at The ACS Group, along with IT support roles in various organizations, demonstrating a strong background in IT infrastructure management, customer service, and project management.
