Michael J. Kostoff has extensive work experience in various industries. Michael J. began their career at Crescent School as an Alumni Affairs Officer from 1999 to 2001. Michael J. then moved on to Manning Selvage and Lee, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they joined TD Canada Trust as a Relationship Manager from 2006 to 2010. Michael J. then became the President of Temple Rock Holdings Inc. in 2010, where they focus on developing business opportunities related to consumer behavior, particularly in technology and healthcare services. In 2015, they joined Smooth Commerce as the Director of Partnerships.

Michael J. Kostoff attended Crescent School from 1986 to 1995. Michael J. then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University from 1995 to 1999.
