Joyce Phillips is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of EqualFuture Corp since March 2019, where the company offers a B2B financial wellness platform aimed at enhancing financial decision-making. In addition to their role at EqualFuture, Joyce serves on multiple boards including as a National Board Member at the Smithsonian Institution and as Chairperson of Girls Inc. of New York City. Joyce 's extensive experience in the financial services sector includes previous positions as CEO for both AXA and ANZ Global Wealth, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of ALICO, a key subsidiary of AIG. Joyce holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, has completed the Executive Program in Exponential Innovation at Singularity University, and earned a BFA from the University at Buffalo.
