Eric Pagan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Eric is currently serving as the Chief Engineer at ICU Medical since January 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at Smiths Medical as a Senior Principal Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Design Development Manager at Sims Portex Limited. Additionally, they worked as a Principal Engineer at Portex Limited and a Technical & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Flexicare (Group) Limited. Eric also worked as a Development Engineer at Baxter Healthcare Limited, Product Design Development Manager at Steelden Floor Systems Ltd, Senior Designer at TDS Numonics Ltd, and Designer at Terminal Display Systems. Throughout their career, Eric has contributed to the design and development of various medical and technical products, managed teams, and provided guidance on regulatory affairs and quality control.

Eric Pagan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Three Dimensional Design (Industrial Design) from Sheffield Hallam University from 1978 to 1982. Eric also studied Engineering during this period. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Sheffield Hallam University during the same time frame, although the field of study is unspecified.
