Riadh Gazdallah has a diverse work experience in the engineering and sales fields. Riadh started their career in 2000 as a Mechanical Testing Machine Design Engineer at Dytesys. In 2001, they joined Deutsch as a Design and Manufacturing Engineer, specializing in high-speed interconnect solutions for submarine and defense aircraft applications. Riadh worked at Deutsch until 2007. Riadh then joined laboratoire lecap in 2008 as a Mechanical Engineer. In 2009, they became a Project Manager at Hypertac France, managing various markets. Riadh joined Smiths Connectors in 2012 as an Application Engineer in the Space and Oil & Gas sectors. Riadh later became a Product Line Manager / Application Engineer in the Rail Market and then a Global Product Line Manager for Commercial Connectors in the Rail, Industrial, and Medical sectors. Riadh held this position until 2020. Most recently, Riadh worked at Smiths Interconnect as the EMEA Sales Director in 2022.

Riadh Gazdallah has a Mechanical Engineering Masters Degree from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they received a Dut génie mécanique et productique from IUT Le Havre from 1999 to 2001. Riadh also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical design engineering and manufacturing engineering from Université Le Havre Normandie during the same time period.
