Nicola Louka is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Senior FP&A Manager at Smiths Group plc since May 2017, Nicola also held the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Management Consultant at KPMG UK from April 2016 to April 2017 and roles at Phillips 66 from September 2012 to March 2016, where responsibilities included serving as a Finance and Performance Analyst and a Financial Analyst. Nicola's early career included an internship at the National Skills Academy for Financial Services in July 2008. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Brighton and ACCA qualifications obtained between 2013 and 2015.
