Natalie Farrelly has a strong background in finance and accounting. Natalie began their career at Deloitte in 2001, where they worked as a Manager until 2012. In 2020, they joined Smiths Group plc as the Group Financial Reporting Manager. Natalie then progressed to the role of Finance Business Partner in October 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance: Group Functions at Smiths Group plc.

Natalie Farrelly obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with Management from Imperial College London from 1998 to 2001. Natalie also obtained certification as a FCA from ICAEW in 2004.
