Joseph Ricco, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Head of Indirect Sourcing & Procurement for the Americas at Smiths Group plc since January 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at Smiths Detection, including Sr. Regional Sourcing Manager and Sr. Commodity Manager. Experience includes significant roles at Northrop Grumman as Global Supply Chain Manager and earlier positions such as Supply Chain Planning Analyst and Procurement Analyst. Joseph began career as a Contract Processor at Bay Technologies Consulting Group and served as a Global Banking Operations Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included supporting a securities-based lending product and managing substantial loan approvals. Education includes an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland.
