Eric Wells has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Eric is currently the Head of NPI Procurement at Smiths Group plc since 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Bell Flight, including Director of Strategic Sourcing for New Programs & Supply Chain Modernization from 2018 to 2021, Manager of Strategic Sourcing for Future Vertical Lift from 2016 to 2018, Contract Specialist/Supply Chain Lead for Future Vertical Lift from 2014 to 2016, Supervisor of the Leadership Development Program from 2013 to 2014, Project Manager for International Transition from 2012 to 2013, and Commodity Analyst from 2009 to 2012.

Eric Wells has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas. Eric also holds a Master's degree (MS) in Organizational Leadership from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Defense Acquisition, Strategic Supply Chain Management, Materials Excellence, and Six Sigma Lean-Green Belt from respective institutions.
