Larry Johnson has over four decades of experience in the construction and inspection industries. Currently serving as a part-time Inspection Instructor at the Operating Engineers Local 12 Training Trust since August 2014, Larry also holds a position as Deputy Inspector with Smith-Emery Co. since October 2005. Larry's previous roles include membership in the AWS LA / Inland Empire Chapter from 1997 to 2015 and serving as a Structural Ironworker with Ironworkers Local 433 from September 1973 to September 2003. Academically, Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management from the National Labor College between 2011 and 2013, and attended Cypress College from 1969 to 1971.
