Suzanne Trowbridge currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Smith Design, a role held since September 2019, focusing on understanding consumer behavior and brand strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at INTTRA from May 2012 to February 2019, where contributions were made to enhance efficiency in ocean shipping. Before INTTRA, Trowbridge held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Maquet Medical Systems, overseeing employee relations and HR programs for the sales team. Initial HR leadership experience was gained at Agere Systems Inc as Director of HR Services, managing a large team focused on payroll and benefits. Trowbridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Accounting from Saint Elizabeth University, completed in 1998.
