Dusty Highland has extensive experience in leadership and operational roles, currently serving as President & CEO and previously as COO and Director of Revenue Operations at Smith Brothers Farms since May 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Blueshift Corp. from July 2009 to April 2012 and Project Manager at AIG Agency Auto from June 2007 to May 2008. Dusty began a career at Accenture as a Manager from February 2001 to May 2007 and worked as a Financial Analyst at Moss Adams Advisory Services from August 1999 to February 2001. Dusty holds an MBA in General Management and Finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Operations & Strategic Management from Boston College.
