Carolina Doerflinger has a diverse work experience. Carolina began working as a freelance Programador and Diseñador Gráfico in 2009. In 2013, they became a Secretaria Administrativa at the Juvenil Instituto Fueguino. In 2014, they began teaching at the Alliance Française Tierra del Fuego. In 2019, they became a Full Stack Developer at IOON. Currently, they are a Senior Full Stack at SmileandLearn.

Carolina Doerflinger completed a Tecnicatura Superior in Programacion from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional between 2015 and 2016. From 2006 to 2011, they earned a Licenciatura in Diseño gráfico from the Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21'. Lastly, they obtained a Bachillerato in Economía y Gestión de las Organizaciones con orientación en Turismo from the Juvenil Instituto Fueguino between 2000 and 2005.
