Vaidas Adomauskas is a highly experienced executive in the field of product and technology. Vaidas currently holds the role of Fractional Chief Product & Technology Officer at Jillion and SME Finance, where Vaidas leads product and tech strategy. Vaidas is also the Founder of Agile Coach Lithuania, the only Agile training and consulting center in Lithuania. With a background in software engineering and management, Vaidas has worked in various leadership positions at companies such as First Circle, Uncapped, Revolut, Railsbank, and WoraPay, demonstrating a strong track record of driving innovation and growth. Additionally, Vaidas has experience as a lecturer at Vilnius University, teaching courses on Agile Project Management.
