Elia Avalos Espinoza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and global sourcing, serving as Director of Project Management at both Smead and U Brands, and holding various key roles at Spectrum Brands, Inc., including NPI Manager for Security (Kwikset / Weiser), Global Sourcing Manager for National Hardware, and Global Sourcing Leader.
