Charles has also excelled as Director of Project Management at United Steel and Chief Operating Officer at Fought & Co/REFA Erectors, Inc. Additionally, Charles held various roles at Fought & Company, Inc., including VP of Project Management and Senior Project Manager. As President of both Caliber Steel Erectors, Inc. and Viking Steel Erectors, Inc., Charles successfully led organizations to substantial growth and development, focusing on competitive differentiation and value delivery in the steel erection sector.
