John Duval is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Integrated Program Planning and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Since July 2017, John has served as a Senior Principle at SM&A, while also holding a position on the Board of Directors for the National Defense Industrial Association’s Integrated Program Management Division. Prior to this, from December 2015 to April 2017, John was a Senior Manager at CSRA Inc, acting as the EVM focal point for federal government contracts in North America, overseeing implementations and training. John’s career in the field began at Computer Sciences Corporation, where from May 1983 to November 2015, John was the Director of EVMS Programs, responsible for similar EVM-related initiatives. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Maryland, earned between 1979 and 1983.
