Diksha Gaur has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Diksha started their career as an intern at AT&T in 2013, where they worked on a project involving digital image modification. In 2014, they worked as an analyst at EY, providing risk advisory services and analyzing financial data for clients. Diksha also worked as a trainer at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., teaching spoken English skills to underprivileged youth. In the same year, they were an exchange semester student at Purdue University Calumet. Diksha later became an expert reviewer/volunteer for the United Nations, reviewing learning materials on basic computer skills and knowledge. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a data analyst at GuestHouser, an e-commerce travel portal. Diksha joined MarkSharks in 2017 as a data analyst before joining smava in 2018. At smava, they have held various positions, including data analyst, senior data analyst, team lead offline media and analytics, head of offline media and ECRM, and currently serves as the director of marketing.

Diksha Gaur has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus. Diksha also completed an exchange semester at Purdue University Northwest, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in an unspecified field of study. Prior to their university education, they attended D.L.DAV Model School from 1992 to 2010. Diksha Gaur has also obtained a certification in "Intro to Python for data analysis" from DataCamp.
