Randy Carucci is a seasoned professional in real estate and strategic development with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at Smashburger since October 2019, Randy oversees national growth, site selection, and leasing activities. Prior experience includes Vice President of Real Estate at Pieology Pizzeria, where Randy developed strategic growth plans for the brand, and Chief Development Officer at CB Franchise Systems, LLC. (The Counter), directing national growth and site selection. Additional roles include Senior Real Estate Manager at Panera Bread and Vice President of Real Estate at Baja Fresh Mexican Grill. Randy also worked as a Senior Leasing Representative at The Hahn Company early in the career. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
