Sesana Allen is a Growth Investor at Smash Capital since August 2022 and co-founder of the Anti Racism Fund, which has successfully raised over $1 million to support organizations driving social change. Prior experience includes serving as a Consultant for Growth Strategy & Business Design at Accenture Song from December 2020 to August 2022, focusing on identifying value and co-innovating new products within client organizations. Earlier roles at Accenture included Senior Consulting Analyst and Consulting Analyst. Sesana Allen holds a Master's degree in Behavioral and Decision Sciences and a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a degree in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from East China Normal University. Additionally, Sesana Allen earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart and is currently pursuing an MBA at Stanford University from September 2024 to June 2026.
