He is a charismatic entrepreneur, having already founded multiple successful technology startups in the consumer electronics and home security space. Under his keen leadership and technical expertise, Smartz has quickly grown to be a formidable player in the PropTech industry and is poised to revolutionize the property management and tenant experience. Kevin has an extensive portfolio of patents to his credit, having developed many smart devices and related software for his companies. Kevin earned his Ph.D. in Physics from SUNY at Stony Brook and did his post-doctoral research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Previously, Kevin was a finalist for the Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.
