Sofiia Dankovska possesses extensive legal expertise, serving as Lead Legal Counsel at SmartyAds since March 2020 and previously as Corporate Lawyer at Agromino A/S. With a career spanning over a decade, Sofiia has practiced in labor, civil, administrative, commercial, and tax laws in Ukraine and abroad, demonstrating proficiency in contract conclusion, corporate document drafting, Know Your Customer procedures, and the development of terms of use and privacy policies for digital platforms. Additional roles include legal positions at Global Digital Marketing Group, ā€œINTRADEā€ Ukrainian-American Joint Venture, and PC ā€œJustitiaā€ LLC, where comprehensive legal advice and support for commercial negotiations were provided.
