Ashwani Thakur is a seasoned professional in estate and operations management with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Estate Operations at Smartworld Developers since December 2023, Ashwani previously held the position of General Manager of Cinema Operations at PVR Limited from April 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included planning performance KPIs, maximizing profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Prior experience includes managing food and beverage operations at Holiday Inn Resort from June 2014 to September 2016, focusing on maintaining service standards and effective communication within the team. Ashwani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (2004-2007) and a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (2019-2021).
