Poonam Kapadia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Since January 2014, Poonam has served as a Senior Manager at SmartStream Technologies, overseeing end-to-end recruitment and various HR functions. Prior roles include Manager and Recruiter positions, where expertise in hiring SQL and Unix professionals was developed. Poonam's experience also encompasses a recruiter role at Zycus Infotech Pvt Ltd, focusing on campus hiring, as well as earlier positions at Times Television Network, Pfizer, and Sutherland Global Services. Poonam is currently pursuing an Advanced Human Resource Management degree at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, following a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource from MET and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from N.K. College.
