Matt Aucella is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer for smartShift since October 2020, Aucella previously held prominent positions such as SVP Sales & Partnerships at SNP, overseeing North American sales and field marketing for a global ERP solutions provider, and Senior Director of Sales at Oracle, where responsibilities included leading sales teams for advanced customer services. Aucella's career began at Nortel in a leadership development program, followed by key roles at Citel, MCK Communications, Bluesocket, Tegrity, and McGraw-Hill Higher Education. Aucella holds a BS in Management from Ithaca College.
