Milana Džaković is a professional with extensive experience in sales and client engagement, currently serving as a New Business Associate at Optimove since November 2021. Milana is also a member of SDR Nation, recognized as one of the top 50 sales development representatives, and participates in coaching and skills development. Previously, Milana held the role of Client Engagement Lead at Vega IT, where services were primarily focused on European companies, and worked as a Sales Associate at Devoteam Serbia, an IT consulting firm. Early career experience includes a position as Assistant Project Manager at Global Technical Group and a professional practice in Retail Sales Division at Erste Banka Srbija. Milana holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Jaén and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance from the University of Novi Sad.
