Shubhanker Goswami has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Product Manager at smartSense Consulting Solutions in 2022. In this position, they were responsible for appraising new product ideas, assessing competitor offerings, and driving the product and business-planning process.

Shubhanker Goswami earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from KIET Group of Institutions between 2012 and 2016. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur from 2020 to 2022. Shubhanker then attended a Master Camp specializing in Product Management at Masters' Union in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Shubhanker Goswami obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG US. Shubhanker also acquired a Certified Supply Chain Analyst certification from ISCEA - International Supply Chain Education Alliance in March 2021.
