Rosca is a Shareholder at Brexton and was formerly the President of the Board of Directors at Fundația Romanian Business Leaders. With a strong foundation in venture capital as the former CEO of Gemisa Investments and co-founding roles in fleet management and optical retail companies, Rosca has significantly contributed to the growth and development of numerous enterprises, underscoring a robust career rooted in strategic HR management, business intelligence, and innovative marketing. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in International Business and Economics from Bucharest Academy of Economics.
