Rich Lewis-Jones has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and sales leadership roles. Rich started their career at AHL, where they were an In-House Recruitment Specialist. Rich then moved on to Harvey Nash as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in technology recruitment. Rich then joined MOO as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for sourcing top talent across multiple locations. Rich later worked at Rufus Leonard as an In-House Recruitment Manager and BCG Digital Ventures as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Rich also worked at Dentsu Aegis Network as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. Rich then transitioned to the role of Channel & Sales Manager at Xref before joining SmartRecruiters, first as an Enterprise Accounts Lead and later as a Regional Director and Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region.
