Kamil Soboń is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer II and previously holding positions such as Lead Software Engineer and Engineering Team Lead at SmartRecruiters since February 2017, Kamil has demonstrated expertise in software development and team management. Prior experience at Luxoft spanned from July 2013 to February 2017, where Kamil worked as a Principal Software Developer and Team Leader for UBS Investment Bank projects. Kamil began a career at AGH University of Science and Technology, progressing from an intern to a Team Leader, contributing to projects for the Polish Uniformed Services. Kamil holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology.
