Rita Baxi has extensive experience in account management and business development, currently serving as a SmartPA Partner since November 2017, where SmartPA offers top-tier outsourced back office support. Prior to this role, Rita held the position of Customer Business Executive at Camelot from October 2014 to August 2016, successfully managing and expanding business with major clients like Morrisons and Co-op. Rita's experience also includes a senior role at Western Union Retail Services GB from November 2007 to June 2014, managing key accounts that constituted a significant portion of UK operations. Additionally, Rita served as Acting Head of National Accounts at FEXCO and has held various positions within the company, enhancing business strategies and performance. Educationally, Rita completed GCSEs at Edenham High School between 1987 and 1992.
