Jessica Adkin is a skilled professional with experience in business support and customer service roles. Currently serving as the Business Support Team Leader at SmartPA since February 2022, Jessica has previously held positions as a Business Support Executive and Senior Executive within the same organization. Prior to this, Jessica gained valuable experience as a Receptionist at Hotel ibis from October 2009 to October 2010.
