Guillermo Solis Noriega is an experienced Product Manager at Smartmatic since June 2012, with a strong background in managing cloud-based solutions and defining hardware requirements during pre-sales stages. Previous roles include Customer Experience Manager, Product Support Manager, and Product Support Associate Manager, demonstrating expertise in resource optimization, customer analysis, and project implementation. Guillermo also served as Panama Site Director and Venezuela Associate Director for the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest and has academic experience as a full-time teacher at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Innovation of Products and Services from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Project Management Specialist degree, and a degree in Computer Engineering from UCAB.
