Kimberly Wheeler's work experience begins in 1995, where they worked at ATCOM Business Technology Solutions. During their time there, they held various positions such as Regional Account Manager, Corporate and Community Relations/Human Resources Associate, and Project Manager/Implementation and Training Specialist. Kimberly worked at ATCOM until 2009.

In 2010, Kimberly joined CAI-Capital Associated Industries as a Territory Account Manager, where they served as the primary contact for over 300 client organizations. Kimberly focused on client services strategy, communications plans, and marketing materials to increase name recognition and customer retention. Kimberly identified trends and business development opportunities within their assigned territory. Kimberly worked at CAI until 2017.

From 2017 to 2021, Kimberly worked at Capital Area Workforce Development as the Business Engagement Director. Kimberly'srole involved driving economic growth and success in the region by connecting businesses to critical resources and support. Kimberly led regional engagement and outreach efforts, managed partner relationships, and developed visibility plans and strategies to align economic needs with workforce systems and programs.

Currently, Kimberly works at Smartling as a Customer Success Manager. Kimberly'sresponsibilities include onboarding customers, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer retention. Smartling focuses on helping companies expand their brands, translate content, and connect with their target audience.

Kimberly Wheeler attended Meredith College from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Kimberly'smajors were Business Management and Clothing and Fashion Merchandising.
