Jim Henjum, PE has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. Jim began their career in 1998 as a Structural Engineer at Structural Design Northwest. In 2001, they moved to APEC Engineering, where they worked as a Structural Engineer and Partner. In 2010, they joined Eclipse Engineering, Inc. as a Structural Engineer and Branch Manager. Most recently, they have been working as an Engineering Manager at SmartLam since 2017.

Jim Henjum, PE received their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University in 1998, having attended the school from 1994 to 1998.
