Marsha Cobb has a robust background in mortgage banking, currently serving as a Residential Lender at SmartBank since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Area Mortgage Sales Manager-Producing and Mortgage Banking Officer at BBVA Compass Bank from March 2016 to the present, and as a Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC from July 2021 to October 2021. Marsha has also held various Mortgage Banking Officer positions at BBVA Compass, Renasant Bank, and MidSouth Bank since the late 1990s, demonstrating a consistent track record in leadership and sales within the mortgage sector. Marsha Cobb is an alumna of Troy State University.
