Cynthia Gibson has a diverse and extensive career spanning over three decades in legal and business affairs. Currently serving as a Board of Commissioners member at Knoxville Utilities Board since January 2023, Gibson also holds the position of General Counsel at Bush Brothers & Company, a renowned food product leader, since August 2019. Additionally, Gibson functions as a Director at The Trust Company of Tennessee and is an Advisory Board Member at SmartBank. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Business Affairs Officer at Scripps Networks Interactive, as well as a Supervisory Board Member for Grupa TVN.
