Kelly Gerard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, customer service, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at SmarterTravel since December 2021, Kelly leads comprehensive business operations and drives organizational growth through strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Operations and Head of Customer Experience & Business Development, where Kelly significantly improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes positions at Hopper, VIPdesk Connect, Scratch Wireless, and Circles North America, culminating in a strong background in client services, training, and technology integration. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and has also studied at the International College of the Cayman Islands.
