Kyle Smith is an experienced Field Service Technician currently employed at Shreveport Communications since March 2019, where responsibilities include the installation and support of local government communication systems and 24/7 technical support. In addition, Kyle has been serving as an IT Field Service Technician at SMARTECH & Associates, LP since November 2018, focusing on service and customer support during field visits and managing installations and repairs. Prior experience includes working as a Digital Asset Technician at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group from March 2016 to February 2018. Kyle holds a diploma in Sound Engineering from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences and an educational background from Bossier Parish Community College.
